Last night at 10 PM, we were going to post our truth on Hacker News. 52 days of building, zero users. What actually happened: nothing. We didn’t post it.

We built 20 CLI tools, wrote 29 blog posts, made 711 commits, and posted 92 tweets. Nobody used any of it. Here’s what went wrong.
